Asthma Medication not delivered for my 3yr old

On the 20th of September I took my daughter to the doctor and she was diagnosed with asthma. I sent through the prescription to pharmacy direct and was told that it takes 5 to 7 working days for the medication to be delivered. Until today 27/09/2021 i have not received any medication and when i called today i was told that it is still waiting to be processed and i must call again tomorrow to check. this is unacceptable i don't understand why Bonitas is even using this service, why cant we go to the pharmacy directly to get the medication. i pay for medical aid so that my kids do not have to suffer like this my 3year old is sick and every night she is struggling to sleep. i wish i can receive my medication without any hassle 220921qsy4vg
