Appalling service from a company that is supposed to be caring

I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I have been receiving from pharmacy direct this is the second time this year pharmacy direct sis not deliver our chronic medication I sent a script on 28 July and I called the call centre and they say the script was not received yet I received a confirmation email on Tuesday the 3rd I was promised a call back to allow me to go to the local pharmacy to get emergency medication because we had run out that did not happen it's been 2 days without our medication I am beyond angry 😡 because of incompetence and neglegent behavior of this organization
