Appalling Service

The disgusting service from this company is unbelievable, they don’t deliver medication on time, if they do they mess up the delivery address. I spoke to some manager last week who was supposed to arrange urgent delivery for my son’s medication and get back to me, it’s been 3 days and she hasn’t gotten back to me. I called the call centre today, they agents have no telephone etiquette, they simply put you on hold and wait for the airtime to finish or simply drop your call, I’m so disgusted by the appalling service I have received from this company, it’s unfortunate that this is the only DSP to get the chronic meds according to my medical Aid Bonitas. I would never recommend Pharmacy Direct to anyone
