Appalling Communication Services

I used Pharmacy Direct because I was told by Bonitas Medical Aid I had to use them in order to avoid a co payment - they still charged me a co payment ....go figure! I cancelled my membership with Bonitas in 07th November 2023 however Pharmacy Direct still processed a claim via Bonitas on the 17th December 2023 and of course the claim was rejected due to inactive membership but instead of contacting the member and advising there is an amount outstanding I did not hear from them again until September 2025 to tell me my account "is long overdue". I advised Pharmacy Direct that I had no idea we owed money and if we could please set up a payment plan as times are tough and I received no response from Pharmacy Direct next thing I get an email from their attorney advising me I had been handed over due to non payment !!!!! I had been handed over for an account I had no idea even existed and when advised I asked if I could pay off again no communication received (hence why we are in this position in the first place) and now I have to pay additional legal fees because Pharmacy Direct have no idea how to communicate! Absolutely appalling services! Always the large corporate company *****ing over the little men. Do better .... you guys suck!
