Another month and the same issue

I am deeply concerned that, yet again, another month has passed without Pharmacy Direct dispatching my father's life-saving medication. It is difficult to understand how such a critical matter could continue to be overlooked.

I urge you to address this issue immediately, as this ongoing delay is unacceptable and could have serious consequences.
