Angry and Disgusted yet again.

Another month, another stress, Pharmacy direct has claimed and my medical aid paid but no medication received.. i dnt know anymore...how do you play with people's lives like this??? I'm out of medication but you are guys are claiming and paid already. i feel sick already because i have not drank my meds for the past 3 days.... I'm really sick and disgusted of pharmacy direct.
