An *********** and Useless Pharmacy

I had 3 tubs of medication delivered only to find out upon receiving them that one of their pharmacist by the name of Yvonne Matjimane saw it fit to change my medication without my approval as well as my doctors . Whereas on my script it’s clearly stated that the medication must not be changed or a generic issued in that matter.

Yet this Yvonne felt the need to do so. I’m so infuriated by all this mess and surely will be taking this up with Pharmacy Board of South Africa. Someone has to explain to me why was this done? What happened to calling a customer and asking them if it’s okay to give out a generic if whatever on the script is not in stock. I have sent this woman emails as I was provided with her email and she hasn’t responded to me. I have asked to be called back and no one has called me from Pharmacy Direct. I’m without my meds because of her.

I won’t let this lying down. I have informed my doctor as well who is also escalating this issue from his side.

This is totally unacceptable and very disrespectful to a customer. I need this to be dealt with. Yeses!! I must say that this company is the worst that I have dealt if it’s not meds being delivered later now they are changing medical scripts.

Never have I seen such an unprofessional company. Every month there has to be something. So infuriated by all of this.
