Account claim dispute

I'm so disappointed to how the company is handling my query. My medical aid has been suspended for almost 3yrs now. In July 2025 I received an email for the first time stating I have an outstanding unpaid claim for March 2022 . I requested documents or proof that I received the medication, received it and signed it off . First of all I always used medical aid for my claims then this one was processed as cash after two months without my concern. The only prove sent to me was a dump screen of stating it was delivered to my doctor without stating who signed for it. As indicated in my mails I clearly state thst I will not pay for something I did not receive. I asked the doctors rooms they also didn't receive. I need concrete proof thst I'm liable then I will reconsider. This matter has been handed over to the legal department but the correct process was not followed. Numerous emails have been sent to Gift Mathabathe and Mpho Molotsi with no concrete liability. Your respond will be highly appreciated
