ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE
ABSOLUTELY FLIPPEN USELESS!!!!!!! Been phoning and begging for 5 DAYS to have my grandparents chronic medication. It should be delivered beginning of every month as both grandparents are very old and not too healthy. Every day I've been promised that they'll deliver 'same day' MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND GUESS WHAT TODAY IS FRIDAY!!!!! I've made 4 calls to the "manager" but I guess they just don't care. I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT I THINK OF BONCAP USING PHARMACY DIRECT!!!!!!!
