13 working days to process my Epilepsy medicine script (still waiting for delivery)

11/10 do not recommend if you are expecting serious /life saving medication. It took them 13 working days to process a script for my epilepsy medicine and I was apparently put on priority list (hate to imagine what it would have been like not as a priority lol). Kept calling everyday to check on the status of delivery only to be told different things by different agents (it's being packed ready to leave TODAY, vs oh it's only left THIS MORNING).... How can you run a business this inefficiently and carelessly when it's people's lives? I mean it's not a pastry shop... you actually can't afford to take your time with chronic medicine, prescriptions, schedule 5, 6 medicine that people need to survive!
