Zero Service

I went into Edenvale PG Glass yesterday morning, as I had a chip on my windscreen. Firstly none of the consultants even bothered looking up, to assist. Eventually, another consultant came through.<br> The guy who repairs chips, had a look at my windscreen & said it could be repaired. I thought great...then he said I was to come back at 11am, as they don't have anymore resin.<br> I am a rep, so said this wasn't possible. I asked one of the consultants where in the Northern Suburbs, was there another PG Glass, she had an extremely 'bored' look on her face & said Midrand.<br> I reitterated that I was in the Randburg area that day - she then said Fourways, she couldn't give me any phyical addresses for me to put into my GPS. By this stage, I was totally irritated, there was NO ONE who actually gave a hoot! Later that afternoon, I decided to call the branch, hoping to speak to the Manager - phone was never answered.Then I called your Head Office, and was given a cell number for the Manager of Edenvale - cell number did not exist.<br> Thankfully, my husband contacted another company, who didn't boo or baa, all I had to do was leave my car at his office this morning, and they were sending out a mo
