ZERO interest in my business
After several emails and 4 (if I remember correctly) online chats, I still haven't received a quote for a windscreen replacement. I gave ALL the information they needed on the first communication but time and time again I was told someone will be in contact with me shortly. This was a month ago. I am very disappointed, it really isn't difficult to send a quote to a client, is it?!
