Wrong Sized Door Installed

I ordered an aluminium sliding door for my lounge from PG Glass Richards Bay and on 25 Oct 2017 the guys came to install it. The door however is ill fitting on the sides and it left open gaps on the side between the door and the wall. I called Vincet,the sales person that I bought the door from to come and see what I'm talking about, he said he will come but he hasn't gotten back to me. The reason why I bought a custom made door was so that I can get a door that it fits properly without having to make adjustments to the walls. PG Glass guys are the ones that came and took the measurements so I expected to get a properly fitting door. This will be the second night I will sleep in a house that has a door with gaps on the sides, which is a big risk to my safety. Should I be a victim of crime because of that door, I will hold PG Glass liable for that. And also if there happen to be a storm and my property gets damaged because of those gaps on the door, I will hold PG Glass liable for that. I'm asking for PG Glass to come back and take out their door, and put my old door back, which includes fixing the wooden frames that they broke off pieces to support their ill fitting aluminium door. They must take their door,put back my old door and give me a full refund. Please note that I will be leaving Richards Bay on 31/10/2017 and I will be gone for a month.I therefore need this to be sorted out before then.
