Wrong Size Front Left Door Side Window Glass

On the 30th September 2017 I went to PG Glass Lenasia trading as TRS GLASS & Aluminium CO Reg No: ***. VAT No: ********** 711 Branch:7KN. I went there to buy Front Left Door Side Window to replace broken one as my car Front Left Door Side Window is not in good condition. The consultant went to take my car VIN and gave me quotation of which I paid on the spot R3878.28, Tuesday morning I went to PG Glass hoping to get Front Left Door Side Window to my disappointment I was told that they ordered the driver one. I was promised that by Wednesday 4th October 2017 will get correct one. Today the 4th October 2017 when PG Glass installers came they brought again a wrong Front Left Door Side Window Glass. I called PG Glass Head Office number ********** 800 to log a call, Guess what? The operator didn't even bother to put me to complains department how rude? I was transferred to PG Glass Lenasia that haven't been helpful to me again. The price now have changed went up from R3878.28 to now R6165.12 . If the consultant from the first place took right VIN number of the vehicle shouldn't have been a problem as I submitted a claim to my insurance with the first price I had from PG Glass Lenasia. I copied PG Glass Lenasia email address on my claim to explain this change as I submitted a claim to my insurance SAU CLAIM NO CLM ********** 5957. PG Glass Lenasia email address ********** can't take responsibility to explain to my insurance.
