Worst Service Ever

I logged a claim with these idiots 2 weeks ago, they were very quick to say they busy with the insurance claim but after that nothing. I have tried continuously to get hold of these people eventually i got hold of them once and the guy told me the windscreen is there, so i went to the Boksurg branch and to my surprise they told me they didnt even order the windscreen yet, this was on the 31st December, they said they would order it and it would be there on Monday, I said that would be ok and they told me I could bring the car in on the 5th Jan 2016. Tried calling again today to confirm they had the windscreen and nothing, on hold for 30 minutes and they cut the call!!!!<br> WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
