Worst experience from a company ever.

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by your company, and a 1-star rating feels generous given my experience. I called on Wednesday to order a replacement window for the driver's back side, with the promise of delivery within 2-3 business days. However, when I arrived on Saturday, I was informed that nothing had been ordered, and I would need to wait until the following Monday.

This delay is unacceptable as I am unable to address this issue during weekdays due to work commitments, leaving only weekends for such matters. Driving around with a plastic bag covering my broken window in the rain is not only inconvenient but also unsafe and doesn't look good.

I demand answers from someone in a higher position because this level of incompetence is intolerable. I chose your company assuming it to be reputable, but this experience has been nothing short of a waste of time and effort. I am beyond frustrated and expect a resolution promptly.
