Worst customer service

I will NEVER take any business to pg glass again, i phoned the uitenhage branch yesterday to make an appointment for replacing a window, so the lady said i must be there by 1 pm and i will take about 2 and a half hours. Today i got there the 3 personnel in the office are so rude but we left it at that, after 2 hours i get there and they haven't even started on the car and then when we started asking questions we got ignored so i demanded a refund and left. I will never recommend pg glass to anyone
