Worse Service EVER

I phoned PG Glass call centre last Tuesday morning just after 9 for a quote on one of windows, they wouls have called me back with a quote...a few hours later still no quote i called the call centre again, tomorrow will be a week and i am still waiting for my quote.......they advertise they are the best and their adverts is so nice but then you phone them as you need a window URGENTLY, so here i am still no quote and still no window as people did recomend PG glass.........I am now not so sure why as i answer every call i receive....but none from them

And here we are...another week later and still no response from PG Glass, maybe its best if people just take their business somewhere else, but i am not done as yet. I will phone the Head Office, maybe i can get some assistance there, having to wait two weeks for a quote, thats a bit ridicilious....
