Wiseman a manager that doesn't take the business seriously

Good day

I am writing this email with a huge disappointment from PG glass wonderboom.

I called the branch on 04 December 2025 to make an appointment to fit a new windscreen. The appointment was scheduled for 10 December 2025 at 14h00.

Upon arrival, I was told that they were hearing of my appointment for the first and denying having spoken with me.

They said my quote was still with head office.

The manager by the name of Wisdom that scheduled the appointment for me was very rude and did nothing to help.

I am requesting the call recording made on 04 December 2025 at 11h05.

I need help because I don't think it is the right way to treat customers.

I took half day at work rushing for the appointment and only to find employees who do not care about clients. I requested that the quote be routed back to head office so that I can book with another branch and Wiseman refused.

I have attached the quote and the screenshot of the call made on the 04th of December 2025. I waited for the appointment for 6 days and nothing was done. I could have booked with another branch if wonderboom doesn't take business seriously.
