Windscreen saga PG Glass

Had a very bad experience with PG Glass in Centurion. Was scheduled for windscreen fitment last week Saturday 12/01/2019, I arrived there did the car inspection with one of the employees. And 15 minutes later was then told that a mistake happened my WINDSCREEN was not ORDERED and I had to reschedule for another day. I was then rescheduled for Saturday 19/01/2019 and was given a time slot of between 10h00 and 11h30. I arrived there at around 11h00 only to be told that I won't be assisted AGAIN because they closing at 12h00 and was told to reschedule for another day. I am very frustrated about this kind of treatment that I got at this facility and just because am doing this fitment through my insurance, I have no choice but to continue with PG Glass. However I will never wanna go to the same Branch hoping that other Branches are professional and have good customer service.
