Windscreen rubber seal damaged

Rather go to Sump or any other place. Did a windscreen replacement on my vw golf on 27/09/24. Installation went sort of well after the installer didn't really look like he knew how to install the windscreen. Two months later my windscreen started to come out on the drivers side as seen in picture 1. Seal started lifting up, so I went back on 13/12/24 for the installer (Lindo Sithole) to fix the problem. After arriving and explaining the problem, he really didn't look like he was in the mood for work and said that there was no problem and made as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He then said I should buy a new seal and I run the risk to buy a new windscreen as it will break as he removes it. After seeing that I was not going for that alternative. He then tried to press the windscreen back, used a "pick and hook" tool and pierced it into my seal and pulled on it till the seal was in place as seen in picture 2, causing damage to my seal and headliner. He then just vanish back into his small room in the back of the shop, after not even calling me when he was finished. So much for this "reputable" compay.
