windscreen replacement

i called pg glass about three weeks ago regarding a replacement windscreen for a golf r7. it took the call center about two weeks to revert back to me.the following week they came to replace the windscreen and to my surprise they brought the incorrect one.The technician that came to me damaged my mirror cover.when i noticed that the cover was loose i asked him about it and to my surprise he **** to me telling me that the plastic clips on the cover are not broken.after investigating i realized that the clips were indeed broken.my windscreen was eventually replaced but to date i am still awaiting a call from the manager or technician to resolve the problem.It was also noted on the claim form
