Windscreen now worse than before

On Wednesday 15 June 16, I visited the Rivonia Road, Sandton branch of PG Glass to have a windscreen chip repaired. The receptionist inspected the vehicle and confirmed it was 'smaller than a 10c coin' and was therefore do-able.

A lady technician who undertook the repair called me across, and continually repeated; 'It's looking bad' no further explanations were offered. Back at the reception area, staff were talking amongst themselves, no-one asked me anything until I insited on seeing someone senior. Eventually the manager came forward, we had a discussion around the incident and the consequences, end result he claimed nothing could be done, also offered some lame excuse around needing to insititute a client centricity programme.

Fact of matter is I brought a relatively new vehicle to PG Glass to have it repaired, but left with it looking much worse now comprising 2 large cracks and within driver's line of vision.

Aside from the poor customer experience I encountered, I need to understand:

What is PG Glass going to do about the windscreen situation?

Thank you for bring this to our attention.
The complaint has been escalated to the Manager and the Regional Manager.

So various broken promises of 'will get back to you' the last being from the manager of the Sandton outlet (Eddie?)who promised to pick matters up with the Regional GM and revert. Seems too many disconnects along the way, from HR PR, to branch management, to branch staff, ultimately impacting your delivery and customer service.
Really poor show PG Glass I really expected more than a cracked windscreen from you - farewell, you've lost a customer, and more, for life.
