Windscreen not fitted properly

My windscreen was installed by Angelo van Schalkwyk and Jan Davids did not fit my windscreen properly as a result it was giving me a funny sound when driving. I called on Monday and two guys ere despatched to come and have a look and they put in a filler or something which did not help the problem. Three times i have called and apparently all of a sudden no one knows who i am the invoice number i have is now under a mercedez and a mitsubishi and not my polo vivo. I just need my windscreen refitted and properly this time please. I will not be bringing my car to Roodepoort. They came to my work to fit it so I'm sure they can do the same now. Thato has promised to get hold of the operator Gary Killar i dealt with and I am still waiting for response from her and still nothing. I am tired of b ing sent from pillar to post to get this sorted.
