Windscreen cracked inside the Rain sensor

I Have had my car's windscreen replaced by PG Glass steelpoort, the service was rendered at my house. after the windscreen was replaced, the car was never used. the day I drove the car It started raining.<br> When I set the wipers on Auto the wipers only wipe during set up and stop, I then opted for Manual wiping.<br> <br> After carefully checking I find that the sensor is blocked with the cracked glasses. I took the car to the fitment centre on monday14/03/16 and I was told I should come on Wednesday. this was when they did the wipers adjustment as well.<br> <br> the car was taken to them as their Technician was there and after checking they told me the glass was damaged by me, how I do not know since well the car was never driven.<br> <br> I also complained that they tightened the mirror too hard that its making it difficulty for me to adjust it.<br> <br> NOW THE WORST PART OF IT ALL ISTHAT I NEED TO CALL MY INSUARANCE TO CLAIM AGAIN AFTER THEY WHERE UNABLE TO FIT PROPERLY THE WINDSCREEN.<br> <br> THIS IS SO UNPROFESIONALISM AND CONSTITUTE *****.<br> <br> IF THE GUYS WHO FITTED THE SCREEN AND DAMAGED IT AND NEVER REPORTED CAN WALK THIS FREELY.
