Windscreen crack

I went to PG Glass Lynnwood with a stone chip in my windscreen. They said they will be able to fix the chip, with a 5% chance that it might crack while fixing. Needless to say it cracked as soon as the technician started drilling…. I would have appreciated more honesty in this matter, but nevertheless she promised to carry on fixing it promising to fix it fully and that it wouldn’t crack again…Surprise surprise the cracks started running immediately after leaving. Went back the next day where they informed me that the technician that worked on the window wasn’t there that day, but yet again promising that they will contact me the same day. Yet again no service or comeback, I had to phone again persisting that the technician phone me.Eventually got the phone call just to hear that there is nothing they can do because it was clearly stated beforehand which it wasn’t and just throwing terms and conditions in my face. Will not be supporting this branch ever again and wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone, unless you want to leave with a windscreen worst than it was before they touched it. I am beyond furious!
