Window fitted incorrectly, parts left out!

I had my front passenger window replaced by PG Glass in Pretoria North on the 25th of March. A part that came out of my door, was never placed back, and because of this , the window now makes noises when opened and closed. I told Neill about this, and he checked my window, and agreed that something was not right. He said he would come back to me, to arrange that someone open the door and make sure everything is fitted correctly. I have had no feedback, and I've sent two emails to the branch. I have also phoned, and I was told by Neill that he is busy with month end, but he will get back to me that same day, this was on the 27th of March. No phone call to date either.<br> <br> I want my window to be in working order. ASAP!
