Wind Noise after installation

<p>I am very dissapointed in the lack of workmanship and then later the bad service I have received. The Operator is Kyle Steyn who booked my vehicle for last week Friday. The guys where on time at the wrong adress but did managed to get to me. They installed a new Wind Screen and I paid the excess.</p> <p> </p> <p>I drove the vehicle back on Friday in traffic and everything seemed fine. Saturday with less traffic I could reach normal Highway speeds. The wind noise that I have experienced is very high. I usaully listen to sound 5 on my radio I now have to double it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phone Kyle on Saturday and said that the installers did a bad job. He asked if I am in Centurion that they can fix it. I was busy moving and said Monday will suit me. He promised to phone me on Monday that didn't happen. I went to PG Glass Centurion on Monday afternoon and spoke to him directly. We went to look at the installation and saw they didnt replace all the *****s and he said they will need to refit the windscreen. I asked if I must bring it in. He told me he would send a team to my office the following morning Tuesday 02/08/2016 no one phoned or anyone came out. I phoned him again on Thursday 04/08/2016 he said that he left the office on Tuesday early 3pm? and that someone else had to phone me. Where I told him that this isnt a excuse 3pm isnt early if you promise to phone me the morning. He told me he will send a team out but will call me still no one phoned</p> <p>Please adress this, I am also sending this to my Insurance Mutual and Federal</p>
