We see through you PG glass

PG glass replaced my window under insurance claim about almost 3 years ago. Since then I have had constant issues with the Window and the window winder, the window winder has been broken since they worked on it. I commented on social media and was told to go to PG glass wynberg for them to have a look. I took off from work drove 13km to wynberg for them to tell me there is nothing they can do. I should replace the window from my own pocket. These companies only put up a front on social media but are not willing to own up and take responsibility for poor workmanship.
