Waste of time and money

me again First phoned PG Glass on the 2nd March. Shower door exploded on the night of the 1st. Promised to come on Monday to give a quote. After several phone calls and a report on Hello Peter - the caller promised to phone me back and didn't. Happens all the time. I finally got a call - on the 9th. Calvin arrived to measure on the 10th. Ive phoned 2 more times and STILL don't have a quote. Phoned today as was promised manager would phone me back ASAP. That was several hours ago. If I ran my business like this I wouldn't have money for shower door. I wonder if they'll ever contact me. And if they'll wait for payment for weeks if they ever do the job.
