Waiting for documents

I went to the PG glass Cresta on Saturday for my car inspection for the insurance. Thrle lady that assisted me told me that she cannot email the inspection results to the insurance because they have changed their email address, however she will email it to me. I have still not received any email from them and if the insurance does not receive it then clearly I'm not covered!!!!!!!!!
