Very poor service and no communication

They don’t deserve even a single star. I was referred to them by my insurance for windscreen replacement, it’s been 3weeks now and they haven’t delivered. Everytime I have to be the one calling them because they don’t bother communicating The last time we spoke was on the 20th of March and they were supposed to come on the 22nd of which they never and there was no communication afterwards. I have been calling them the whole morning on +***8 (office number) they are now dropping my calls.
