Very poor service

Never believe them when they say they will call you back , they are quick to get me a quote and sale through but everything else in the process is a mess.

Quoted for on a tuesday and requested a windscreen order and waiting for a booking time Just to find out a week later the glass isnt even ordered and they promise 2/3 day delivery time

Can you not atleast call your clients back when you guys promise to , reassure and confirm the order instead of letting us wait days in the dark.
