Very Poor Service

I contacted PG Glass for an Insurance Claim, they promised to deliver a service of repairing my car window by 2pm today, he held me up saying he (Wayde) was awaiting authorisation from my Insurance Company. it was confirmed that they was given the go ahead. the provider then told me he cant do it for me today, I found a company able to do it today, but then Wayde would not release the window that was secured for me by Shatterproof. Glasfit, was willing and able to do it for me today but could not get the window, because PG Glass would not release the window. I Will have my Window done tomorrow from Glasfit, due to amazing service, <br> The excuse from PG Glass is that they used my window on another vechile, and therefore I can not have my service done.
