Very expensive for mediocre service

Brought my car in last year to have window replaced after an 8 week delay had glass replaced, then had to return a few days later as not all glass was removed and it scratched my newly fitted tint.

When I returned back glass to have the remaining glass in the doorpanel removed and I drove off, i had to go back a few hours later I had to return as my window switch was disconnected and not connected again.

Yesterday (27 April 2020) I noticed a ***** for the door panel is missing.

Very expensive for the service and quality being provided.
