Very Bad Survas and bad attitude from reseptionist

I was scheduled for the morning they only took my car an hour later very Stern not at all friendly and also rude to ***orkers. I had to ask questions and tell them then only was i told the car will be done the time its supposed to be done but on the phone the receptionist never mentioned that it would take 4 to 5 hours.. very unprofessional, laughing and talking to workers and swearing in front of customers.
