Very bad service from PG Glass Queenstown

Towards the end of November 2020 I took my Quantum with reg.no HBB526EC to PG GLASS Queenstown for windscreen repairs and it was repaired.During December l was on the way with the same vehicle when it was raining and the water came inside the vehicle.The water came through the windscreen it was wet and the water was standing on the floor of the vehicle In January when PG GLASS opened I took the vehicle back to them and explained the problem.One of the man informed me that he can't take the glass out, that there was nothing he could do for me, he put glue again on the window and said that is all he can do and he further said if he tried to remove the glass it will break. The vehicle is still raining inside and it has as bad smell now.The vehicle is used for passengers and the have started to avoid to board, the vehicle board says it will cause the covid 19 I am now losing income.I would like your office to intervene in this matter as soon as possible.
