Very bad service and experience to just repair chip on windscreen

Very bad experience and service. I got a chip in my windscreen last week and wanted to make an appointment with PG Glass to come to my house and repair it. I therefore logged a call last Saturday and ask for a call back so that I can make appointment and ask them to come out to me. When you log the call, you already have to add quite a bit on information in the query. They only called me back about two hours later with no explanation as to why it took so long to do so. They then started to ask questions, basically asking me to repeat EVERYTHING I have already provided when I logged the request. I gave then that again. Then they also wanted my car's VIN number. When I asked why they need that for only a chip repair (I am quite reluctant to just give out private info if it does not make sense), he could not really answer me. I then told him to just leave it and I will go somewhere else to get the chip repair. I then got another call a few minutes later and told the lady the same thing. Then another minute later - a third call!! What makes this even worse is that the third guy put the phone down in my ear when I told him it is now the third call I got and that I am no longer interested in using them. That is just plain rude and extremely unprofessional, especially if you are at fault!! Will not recommend them at all.
