Very ***********
This must be the most unreliable glass company ever. We did a claim with insurance after our car was damaged by hail. Insurance has approved this and paid PG glass for a new windscreen. I was told that it takes a maximum of 2 week to deliver. I'm currently on my third week. I went to enquire and was told that the windscreen is currently in secunda. It only takes a day to deliver a windscreen. I still don't have proper answers on why it's not delivered yet nor do I have a proper turnaround time. No one seems to know why it's not delivered yet.

Thank you for raising your concerns with us.Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delay in delivering your windscreen following the hail damage claim. We fully understand how disappointing this experience has been, especially after being advised that the turnaround time would be a maximum of two weeks. We acknowledge that the lack of clear communication regarding the current location of the windscreen, as well as the absence of a confirmed delivery timeframe, is unacceptable. This does not reflect the level of service and reliability that PG Glass aims to provide, and we regret that you were left without proper updates or explanations. Please be assured that your feedback has been taken seriously and is being followed up with the relevant teams to establish the cause of the delay and to provide you with accurate information and a clear turnaround time as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this matter.
Kind Regards
