Useless PG Glass

Booked my glass replacement for 12h00 at my place of work, on the 21st of November. At 14h00 still no technician. I tried calling their 086 number and waited so long that the called timed out on 3 occasions. I spoke to my insurance company that managed to patch me through to an agent from PG Glass and then had four more discussion with various agents whom all promised to get hold of the technician which they couldn't. I needed the car for a business trip, which now couldn't happen. No resolution from the insurance company or their appointed agents PG Glass. I spent so much time on the phone on hold that I ran out of battery.
