Useless irresponsible place

I recently went to Pg glass lenasia to fit in my windscreen got my quote dropped my vehicle off to fit. I was told to sign an inspection sheet where the lady I delt with gave me my inspection sheet as well as a check that the car is all in order which I thought was for when the car came in . Fetched my vehicle all well and good up until I'm driving and it's starts storming and to my surprise my wiper blades don't work. I've been curtious to advise Pg glass that due to the negligence I had met up in an accident and will hold them accountable for the damages , I had the same people from PG glass lenasia come to inspect my vehicle after the damages them as well as their staff are all a bunch of ****s to but thankfully I am fully aware that I have video proof. They confirm they will sort out the damages and will just advise how , still a bunch of ****s as I have no received one call after that I once again send an email to be told that they will get back to me .
