Useless, disappointing and a waste of time!

<p>I'm utterly appalled by the service I received at PG Glass Sandton. They don't even answer their phones, let alone attempt to do their work! This is now the THIRD TIME I've tried to have my windscreen replaced and once again I am left in the lurch.</p> <p> </p> <p>First time I went to PG Glass Sandton they didn't have the windscreen I needed because they said they thought it was a repair and not a replacement. This after I told them it needed to be replaced. They said they would phone me the moment the windscreen arrives.</p> <p> </p> <p>Weeks later I still hadn't heard a word so I call them, only to be told that they have no record of ordering me a windscreen but they'll do so now. I make an appointment to go through and have my windscreen replaced on 28 November 2016. I arrive at 11:00 on the day and they tell me they're very sorry, but they have the wrong windscreen, but to save me any futher bother, they'll come to my office to install the windscreen. Great. Appointment was made for 30 November 2016 and they never showed up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried calling them but there's no answer / they just hang up the phone after I hold for ages.</p> <p> </p> <p>Companies like this shouldn't even be in business! I'm disgusted by the service I've received. I'll be advising my insurance company that their service provider, PG Glass is utterly useless and that I refuse to use them. I hope you lose the contract.</p>
