Useless call centre

I just called your call center 3 times to be put through to the Midrand branch. I was disconnected 3 times!<br> spoke to Byron for a ref number, he gave me one although I don't think this is even needed since I cant get through to anyone.Just fire everyone at the call centre and close up shop, your service isn't helpful.<br> He's asking me for info I have already given him 10 seconds go, asking me if I know the make and model of the car. DUH!!!! its my car....<br> <br> <br> I am trying to book in my car at the Midrand branch for an Outsurance initial inspection, IT should take 5 minutes, but this is taking hours.<br>
