Useless booking staff and service
<p>Ì booked to take my car in for smash and grab window tinting at the Alberton PG Glass for the 20th April; I booked this 3 weeks prior. The 19th April I phoned PG Glass to confirm my booking as I had not received any confirmation even after asking them send it to me twice. No booking existed and I was forced to book for the next Saturday the 29th.</p> <p> </p> <p>Friday the 28th comes and I still have not received a confirmation. I phoned the Alberton branch and even though I had no confirmation the booking actually exisited. Then Saturday morning comes along and I get a call (once I am on my way to the branch) that the tinter isnt at work today and so my car can not be worked on. </p> <p> </p> <p>I asked the call centre lady to get management to contact me on Monday; this never happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly, must i fight to use your business? Ridiculous.</p>

The complaint has been escalated to the manager and the regional manager.

PG Glass responded within hours of the intial complaint and it was sorted out with a booking made the coming weekend. Work was conducted on my car within time. However, there is what looks like dirt trapped between the tinting and the window i.e. the windows were not cleaned properly before application of tint. So again I must go to PG Glass to get it fixed.
The service from HO seems to be good. Jimmy from Alberton PG Glass is a friendly guy and made the effort to make me feel better about the intiial issue. But the work was not done properly. Even if it is a simple mistake of not cleaning a window properly, that mark is now trapped. Where are the QC checks?

Bluetooth device (standard equipment) now hangs from car roof.Thanks for not putting it back the way it was.found.Honestly always half a job. If you cant do it properly tell.me first so I can stay away.

After the third window tinting to my front right window I now see a section of tinting film coming off the bottom of my window. Luckily I can not see whats either peeling off, or what was trimming were left inside the window cavity.
Also another bubble which has at least lost its spherical shape but there is still a mark on the window.
