unprofessional service just don't use them

it is not a company that you can use, although i am a cash customer , they make me wait for 10 days to send someone over and eventually they reschedule my appointment without telling me and make me wait. I call and cancel the order but they send someone later without appointment.

they are very unprofessional and the overall rating talks a lot to the service.

The call center is friendly but the "system" is not exist
