Unprofessional and unacceptable

Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Last week Friday they booked my husband to replace his windscreen (a rock was thrown off of a bridge and shattered the ENTIRE screen). He was supposed to go in today to have it fixed so we didn't bother looking for someone else to have this obviously dangerous situation fixed. Today they tell him there's no stock and we will have to wait another week after they knew on Saturday that there wouldn't be any stock.

Do you really want to tell me in the WHOLE OF GAUTENG with nearly 16 branches there is not one windscreen that they booked us for to replace it? Pathetic
