Unhappy customer

I have never experienced such bad service as the \service\" from PG Glass. There was actually no service at all. I have made four appointments over a months time and they just never pitched. I called them and made an appointment for a Friday afternoon. When they did not arrive I called the company and they asked for a reference number which they never gave me in the first place and then we rescheduled for the Monday at 4 pm. But once again they did not arrive. When I called there was no answer. I rescheduled the next day and demanded a reference number but they said that they will call back with the number. They never called back. Once again they did not pitch. When I called they lady asked my reference number but off course I never had one! It could've helped if they had any of my details on their system but there was none. Not my surname, address, phone number, nothing. Had to reschedule AGAIN! They came the next day, but this time around with the wrong glass and said they come the next day. Now a week has passed ... they never came. Needless to say, that I will get someone else to repair the window - someone who is interested in doing business."
