Total lack of service-delivery by PG Glass

I contacted PG Glass National Call Centre to have an emergency after-hours replacement glass repair to a bedroom at 5 pm on 1/11/2023 and was told that a technician would definitely contact us and do the repair that same evening. By 11.30 pm no-one had responded, and when we communicated with them the next morning, we were told that they were unable to do the repair before another 2 working days! So much for a so-called "Emergency Glass Repair Company"!! Their non-professional, non-caring and totally inefficient lack of service delivery has to be experienced to be believed!!
