Time of no concern!

Visited pg glass on Monday morning at 10:30 to have my window checked out. Was addressed by a customer service consultant. He came out to my car and told me that the door needed to be stripped to see what the problem is exactly. I agreed that it could be done and he suggested that I come through at about 12 when his workers doing the stripping of the door are there. He then gave me a card and said to me that if I could not make it I should give him a call. I made myself available to go there at 12 on the dot where I was told to wait for the guy to take a look at my car and open the door up. A hour later after sitting in the car I decided to leave. Nobody had come to take a look at the door even tho I was told it was going to take a hour to strip just to see what the problem was. Besides that they have no regard for their customers time whatsoever. I had a doctors appointment in half an hour so I decided to leave or I would not have made it.
