This was my work order reference WO-***

Hi there, I had a work order that was allocated to our vehicle about three weeks ago and because of the time constrain on my side; I asked if there was an alternative way to quicken the process. During this time with so many follow-up calls from our side, I attempt to make another call on Saturday 14 February which was received by a very polite calm young lady by the name of Atlegang who listened to my predicament and offered me a solution. I was impressed with her fast thinking and also took the liberty to write down notes on my work order of what had to be done starting Monday 16 February. I eventually got the windscreen replaced yesterday. Atlegang displayed very good character of professionalism in her customer service . She also followed up with me if I was happy and satisfied with all that was done on the vehicle. I applaud your charisma and I hope this will reflect on your appraisal.
